Abortion: How to Argue the “Hard Case Arguments”
After the pro-life bills signed into law in the month in OH, GA, and AL, the conversation about abortion has shifted into high gear. Supporters of abortion are now using an argument that has maximal emotional appeal, but no logical consistency.
I set forth five simple arguments for the so-called “rape/incest” loophole exceptions. Is the 100% pro-life position really the extremist one?
Now we have to have the conversation many pro-lifers have been able to dodge because it’s “moot” and that is: what should the punishment be for procuring or performing an abortion?
