Course Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, services, content, membership, newsletters, events, and digital products offered by Patrick Coffin Media and the True North Movement (collectively, the “Services”) at www.patrickcoffin.media (“Site”). By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any referenced policies. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and are legally capable of entering into contracts under Arizona law.

2. Scope of Terms

These Terms apply to all users and visitors of the Site. Additional terms may apply for paid memberships, subscriptions, events, or third-party services.

3: To access paid content, you must register and provide accurate payment and billing information. “No Questions Asked” Cancellation/Refund: If you cancel after the first two modules of Faith Under Fire, email info@patrickcoffin.media to request a full refund, no questions asked. Refund requests submitted after this period may be considered but are not guaranteed.

Use the Services in a manner consistent with the Christian, faith‑centered mission of the True North Movement.

Refrain from any content or behavior that is unlawful, hateful, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or in violation of intellectual property rights.

Respect copyright and trademark laws; do not upload or distribute unauthorized content.

5. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All materials—videos, articles, podcasts, graphics, trademarks, and logos—are the exclusive property of Patrick Coffin Media unless otherwise indicated. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or build upon this content without prior written permission.

6. Third‑Party Links & Ads

Links to websites of third-party entities are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or policies. Any engagement with third-party apps or services is governed by those providers’ terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that access will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to binding arbitration individually under the American Arbitration Association’s rules. You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or arbitrations.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on the Site, and if legally required, notice will be provided via email to registered users. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Survival

Provisions that by their nature are intended to survive termination—such as ownership, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution—remain in effect even after account termination.
